Warehouse Associate

Our ideal Warehouse Manager is a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves working as part of a small warehouse team to manage inventory, operate equipment, assist customers, and ensure safety compliance throughout daily operations. We are also looking for someone with a clean driving record to be a delivery driver at times. We sometimes get an influx of orders that require a second driver. A DOT medical card is required to drive Capital Winair's vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Send and receive inventory on a daily basis
• Keep warehouse clean, neat and organized
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move warehouse materials
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks
• Provide excellent customer service when assisting with pickup orders
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
• Adhere to all safety procedures and standards
• Lift and move heavy materials up to 75 lbs.
• Driver delivery vehicles on an as needed basis

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift 75 lbs.

• Experience in warehouse operations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift operation and pallet jack handling experience
• Inventory management knowledge
• Customer service skills
• Familiarity with safety procedures
• Physical stamina and endurance
• Effective communication and time management skills
• Clean driving record

Opportunities for career advancement are available with hard work. The position is full-time, with daily hours from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. A mandatory drug screen and background check are required for hiring.
