Overview

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily operations including order fulfillment, material handling, and customer interaction. This role combines warehouse duties with light customer service responsibilities and is ideal for candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to long-term employment.
This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pull and prepare orders for shipment
  • Load and unload pipe trucks safely and efficiently
  • Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Operate sit-down forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Assist with incoming calls and provide basic customer support as needed
  • Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures

Required Qualifications

  • 3 6 months of recent warehouse experience
  • Minimum 6 months of sit-down forklift experience (required)
  • Strong work history with no employment gaps exceeding 3 months
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, twisting, and pulling throughout an 8-hour shift
  • Strong reliability, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations
  • Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes
  • Prior experience in customer-facing or support roles within a warehouse environment
