As a Warehouse Associate and RF Picker, you'll support critical warehouse functions, ensuring inventory accuracy, seamless order fulfillment, and timely shipping. You'll work alongside a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment and have opportunities to develop your skills in warehouse operations and logistics.
What Youll DoAs a Warehouse Associate and RF Picker, you will be responsible for:- Assisting with inventory preparations and order fulfillment processes, ensuring items are ready for shipment.
- Accurately pulling, packing, and labeling orders for delivery.
- Using RF scanners to track inventory precisely and update stock records.
- Recognizing different sizes and types of nuts and bolts, including decimals and fractions (such as 1/8, 1/4, 3/4 inches).
- Operating forklifts safely, if certified, to move stock within the warehouse.
What Youll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Experience with RF scanners is PREFERRED or similar inventory management tools. Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanning technology.
- High attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and inventory precision.
- Basic math skills, including working with decimals and fractions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and assist with team lifts up to 150 lbs.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
