We pride ourselves on maintaining a highly efficient and organized work environment that supports our team and meets customer needs effectively.**Position Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team in Apopka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work efficiently under time pressure. This role requires hands-on experience with receiving, sorting, and processing materials, as well as coordinating shipments and maintaining accurate records. Experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not required.**Key Responsibilities:** - Receive and sort incoming parts and supplies accurately. - Perform physical receipt of inbound materials, including off-loading, verifying contents and condition, reporting damages or shortages, labeling, and storage. - Coordinate with freight expeditors to ensure timely deliveries and shipments. - Fulfill orders by picking products and packaging them for shipment. - Issue or distribute parts and supplies for internal use. - Process product returns and quarantine nonconforming products as necessary. - Process incoming requisitions and prepare replenishment orders for parts and supplies. - Create packing lists using the SAP ERP system. - Schedule inbound deliveries and outbound shipment pickups to meet sales, operations, and special customer requirements. - Maintain accurate records of orders and complete receipt, inspection, and release activities for received products. - Perform housekeeping duties in warehouse areas, including sweeping, mopping floors, and emptying trash. - Work collaboratively with team members and various departments to solve problems effectively and meet deadlines. - Carry out other duties as assigned by facility leadership. **Qualifications:** - High School Diploma or equivalent required; some secondary school education preferred. - Completed Apprenticeship and coursework as a parts clerk. - Experience in a related clerical or warehouse position. - Good math skills and strong organizational abilities. - Excellent attention to detail. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and co-workers. - Must be technologically adept and receptive to new systems and processes. - Ability to work well under time pressure and as part of a team. - Experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not mandatory. **Why Join Us?** At Alternative Exports, Inc., you will be part of a supportive team dedicated to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
