Warehouse Associate

Position Overview
The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in Nfinity Athletic's daily operations by supporting
receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and restocking. This role requires
attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to accuracy to ensure customers receive their
orders on time and in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Inventory
- Unload deliveries, verify shipments, and check for accuracy and quality.
- Organize incoming stock and update inventory records.
Order Fulfillment
Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy.
Prepare shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
Restocking & Organization - Replenish shelves and maintain organized warehouse zones.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
General Support - Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and deadlines.
- Support special projects and seasonal warehouse needs as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory systems a plus.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or move for extended periods.
- Dependable, adaptable, and motivated to learn.
Work Environment - Fast-paced warehouse setting with physical activity including lifting, bending, and
