Description

Blue Seal Farm & Home, a member of the KENT WORLDWIDE family of companies has an exciting opportunity to join their team as Warehouse Associate at the Augusta, ME store! Blue Seal Farm & Home also provides a generous employee discount. Must have weekend availability. Full-Time and Seasonal Part-Time positions available!
- This position is designed and intended to be performed in Augusta, ME.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Loading and unloading bagged feeds and related products to our customers, both commercial and private
- Ability to safely operate a hand truck and a fork truck
- Operate all equipment and vehicle in a safe manner and obey all safety rules
- Receive and accurately load and rotate product
- Maintain the warehouse and loading areas in a neat and orderly fashion
- Report any safety concerns while performing essential duties
- Other duties as assigned by Store Management
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to lift 55 lbs. to a height of 50 inches
- Demonstrate a consistent track record of employment
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen
- Effective communication
- Willingness to learn and grow
