Role Description The Warehouse Associate role at RSI is a full-time, on-site position based in Aurora, IL. In this role, the associate handles daily warehouse operations, including receiving incoming shipments, verifying documentation, and organizing products in designated storage areas. Responsibilities include picking and packing orders, preparing items for shipping, and ensuring that all materials are accurately labeled and handled safely. The associate will load and unload trucks, operate material-handling equipment as authorized, maintain a clean and orderly work area, and follow all safety and quality procedures. This position works closely with other warehouse team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals and support on-time delivery to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience with Shipping & Receiving processes, including verifying quantities, inspecting goods, and handling documentation.

• Proficiency in Packing and basic order fulfillment tasks, with attention to accuracy and product protection.

• Ability to safely perform Unloading duties for trucks and containers, following proper lifting and handling practices.
• \n
• Skill in operating Forklift equipment, with certification or willingness to obtain certification as required.
• \n
• Experience using a Pallet Jack and other basic material-handling tools to move and stage inventory.
• \n
• Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• \n
• Reliability in attendance, ability to work in a physically active environment, and capability to lift and move materials as needed.

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred, but motivated candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
