Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support inventory operations, product organization, and order fulfillment. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working as part of a team to ensure products and promotional materials are prepared and available when needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and store products and materials in designated areas.

• Pick, pack, and prepare products or promotional materials for distribution.

• Assist with loading and unloading shipments safely and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate inventory counts and records.

• Inspect products and materials for quality and accuracy.

• Prepare promotional supplies and materials for marketing and event teams.

• Assist with inventory replenishment and stock movement.

• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.

• Communicate inventory needs or discrepancies to supervisors and team members.

• Follow established safety and operational procedures.

• Support team members with daily warehouse and distribution activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Reliable and dependable work ethic.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to lift, move, and organize products and materials as required.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.

• Adaptable and willing to learn new processes.

• Previous warehouse, inventory, retail, fulfillment, or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
