Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Experience Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience required
• Experience operating electric pallet jacks or other material handling equipment preferred
• Familiarity with warehouse, distribution, shipping, and receiving operations
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Job Duties

• Move palletized materials throughout the warehouse and distribution center
• Load and unload trucks using material handling equipment
• Operate electric pallet jacks and other approved warehouse equipment
• Transport materials to designated staging and storage locations
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory movement
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Support additional warehouse projects as assigned

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
• Ability to operate material handling equipment safely
• Comfortable working in a warehouse or distribution environment

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.

A Warehouse Associate helps maintain efficient warehouse operations by supporting inventory movement, customer orders, and shipping activities. This role requires physical stamina, organization, and a commitment to maintaining accurate warehouse processes.

The Warehouse Associate combines material handling, inventory management, and order fulfillment skills to support productive warehouse operations while maintaining workplace safety and quality standards.
