Lingo Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking General Warehouse Laborer with experience in production support and forklift operation.
This position involves a variety of warehouse and manufacturing duties including material handling, operating forklifts, supporting production processes, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Hours: 4a-1p
Pay: $18.50/hr
Responsibilities:- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, load, and unload materials.
- Support production activities including part picking, assembly assistance, and packaging.
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Assist with inventory management, storage, and restocking of materials.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
- Meet or exceed departmental productivity and efficiency targets.
- Follow work instructions and complete documentation as required.
Qualifications:- Prior warehouse or production experience required.
- Forklift certification or demonstrated forklift operating experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
