Job DescriptionAtWork Personnel is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a fast-growing distribution company in South Austin. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays busy, and wants long-term growth in the warehouse/logistics field.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage inventory for outgoing orders
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and materials
- Perform inventory counts and restock items as needed
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklift if certified)
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
- Use scanners and basic computer systems to track inventory and orders
Qualifications
- Warehouse or distribution experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for entire shift
- Ability to perform repetitive movements
- Must follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation required
- Attention to detail and ability to follow order sheets accurately
