Job Overview
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the daily operations of XENTRY hardware fulfillment, inventory management, customer support, and administrative processing. This role serves as a key point of contact for dealers and Independent Service Providers (ISPs), ensuring timely hardware renewals, order processing, shipping coordination, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of working collaboratively across multiple teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Customer and Dealer Support

  • Respond to dealer and Independent Service Provider (ISP) inquiries regarding XENTRY equipment, services, billing, and account-related questions.
  • Provide timely and professional customer support while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Assist with the resolution of XENTRY Support System (XSS) cases as needed.

Order and Renewal Processing

  • Process XENTRY hardware renewals accurately and within established service levels.
  • Support ISP order processing and fulfillment activities.
  • Process dealer buy/sell transactions and maintain accurate records.

Shipping and Warehouse Operations

  • Coordinate and process inbound and outbound shipments of XENTRY hardware and related equipment.
  • Verify shipment accuracy, prepare shipping documentation, and track deliveries.
  • Maintain inventory organization and ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Keep the shipping and warehouse area organized, clean, safe, and operational at all times.
  • Assist with receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing products and materials.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the UHD team to support operational initiatives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient processing of orders, renewals, shipments, and support requests.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records related to shipments, renewals, customer requests, and inventory transactions.
  • Support reporting and documentation requirements as needed.
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with shipping and receiving processes.
  • Experience supporting customers, dealers, or service providers.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse and office environment.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as a pallet jack.
