Warehouse Associate – Avenel, NJ

Job Description

Champion Container Corp is a growing distribution company of industrial packaging supplies (drums, pails, and bottles)in Avenel, NJ. We are currently seeking a warehouse associate.

Candidates must have forklift experience.

We provide an excellent salary and a comprehensive benefits package. Daytime shift (7:00am – 3:30pm) Monday through Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Loads and unloads product from the vehicle and verifies contents against shipping invoices or inventories.
• Receives deliveries and stock and verifies accuracy of the delivery against invoice
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
• Follows all safety policies and procedures
• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles and ensures the proper working condition
• Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Forklift experience
• Highly reliable and dependable
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
