We're looking for (4) dependable Warehouse Associates to assist with an exciting warehouse relocation project for one of our manufacturing clients.
This is a full-time temporary assignment expected to run through the end of September. You'll play an important role in helping organize, pack, move, and set up inventory as the company transitions from its Avon Lake facility to a new location in Elyria.
There is also the potential for permanent employment. The client anticipates hiring up to (2) team members into permanent positions at the conclusion of the project based on business needs and individual performance.
What You'll Do
Consolidate inventory and organize warehouse stock
Remove products from shelving and place them onto pallets
Sort and combine like items together
Prepare inventory for the warehouse move
Assist with unloading and organizing inventory in the new facility
Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe throughout the project
What We're Looking For
Previous warehouse or industrial experience preferred
Comfortable lifting, moving, and organizing inventory throughout the day
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
Assignment Details
Full-time temporary assignment through the end of September
Start dates available in late July and early August
Employees will typically work from one location each day—either the Avon Lake or Elyria facility. You will not be expected to travel between facilities during the workday.
Opportunity to be considered for one of two permanent positions at the end of the assignment based on performance and business needs.
