Pay Rate: $21/hr, paid weekly

• $20.00/hour base rate
• $1.00/hour B Shift differential

Schedule

• B Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM–12:30 AM — 40 hours/week
• Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM. 1 to 2 weeks.
   

Overview

The Warehouse Associate supports warehouse and distribution operations by safely operating material-handling equipment to pick, put away, transport, store, and retrieve inventory.

This position requires stand-up forklift experience and involves the use of RF scanners, computer systems, and SAP to maintain accurate inventory and efficient material flow throughout the facility.
 

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, turret trucks, and hand jacks to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, put away, stack, sort, transfer, and retrieve inventory.
• Transport and locate parts and supplies while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Use handheld RF scanners and computer terminals for receiving, inventory put-away, and order-picking activities.
• Perform warehouse transactions within SAP.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization using 5S standards.
• Protect materials from damage and maintain proper storage practices.
• Participate in daily team, operational, and safety meetings.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment-operating requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse or material-handling experience required.
• Stand-up forklift experience required.
• Experience operating Raymond or Crown stand-up forklifts strongly preferred.
• Cherry picker, turret truck, and powered hand jack experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Working knowledge of SAP required.
• Experience using handheld RF scanners preferred.
• Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift.
• Ability to bend, push, pull, and perform repetitive warehouse activities.
• Ability to lift more than 30 lbs. without assistance.
• Ability to work in warehouse environments with varying hot and cold temperatures.
• Steel-toe boots are required on Day 1.
