We Ship Express is a growing logistics and fulfillment company with operations across the United States. We are currently seeking a dependable team member to support warehouse operations and assist with scheduled pickup routes using a 26’ box truck when needed.
This position primarily focuses on warehouse responsibilities while also serving as backup support for regional pickup routes. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Warehouse Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Package, label, stack, and palletize outgoing shipments
- Perform quality checks on outgoing orders
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Support general warehouse operations as assigned
Pickup Route Responsibilities (As Needed)
- Operate a 26’ box truck for scheduled regional pickup routes
- Load and organize inventory for transport back to the warehouse
- Safely unload products upon return
- Complete required vehicle inspections before and after routes
- Follow all company safety and driving procedures
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating a 26’ or larger box truck required
- Clean driving record for 5 years required
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Forklift and pallet jack experience
- Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Ability to regularly push, pull, and lift materials
- Work performed in a warehouse environment around moving equipment
