Position Summary
 
We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our new Mont Belvieu facility. This role involves safely operating a stand-up forklift, preparing outbound orders, receiving inbound shipments, and maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse. Ideal candidates will have experience with valves, pipe, and fittings and enjoy working in a team-driven, fast-paced environment. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30 am-5:00 pm
 
Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and stage outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages efficiently and safely.
• Use a barcode-integrated system to scan, verify, and prepare orders.
• Accurately receive, verify, and stock all incoming materials.
• Support multiple internal teams including inside sales and operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
• Participate in safety practices to help ensure an accident-free environment.

 
Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or delivery preferred.
• Prior stand-up forklift experience required; certification preferred or must be obtained.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and material handling protocols.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Experience in industrial distribution, especially valves, pipe, and fittings, is a strong plus.
