Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a 1st & 2nd shift Warehouse Associates, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Repack and General Warehouse teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Belleville, MI

Pay Range: $20.00/hour

Shift: Monday–Friday

1st : 7 AM-3:30 PM
2nd : 3:30 PM-12 AM

All employees will report to 1st shift for training during their first week

What's the Job?

• Perform repack and labeling activities, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met
• Use RF scanners for repack projects, inventory tracking, and product verification
• Assist in shipping and receiving functions, including preparing outbound shipments
• Support unloading inbound shipments and properly stage, stack, or sort merchandise
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What's Needed?

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse systems is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
