Warehouse Associate
Job Location: Benicia, California
Job Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: $21-$22/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7am-3:30pm
Description of Position:
Do you have experience as a Warehouse Associate? Our client in Benicia is seeking a dependable and hardworking Facility Maintenance & Warehouse Associate to join their team on a temporary assignment. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized workplace, and has previous forklift experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general warehouse cleanup and housekeeping throughout the facility
- Organize warehouse materials, storage areas, and workspaces
- Complete light painting and touch up projects as needed
- Assist with general facility maintenance and support tasks
- Safely operate a forklift to move materials and equipment
- Support warehouse and production teams with daily projects
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
Description of Company:
You will be supporting a well established company that specializes in bridge deck preservation and concrete overlay systems in Benicia, California.
Experience Required:
- Previous forklift operating experience required
- Prior warehouse, general labor, facility maintenance, or industrial experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors as needed
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Safety minded with the ability to follow directions and prioritize quality work
