We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and team leadership. The ideal candidate must be bilingual and have 1+ years of experience managing warehouse teams and full warehouse operations. This role also ensures compliance with documentation requirements, including Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for vendors and subcontractors.


Key Responsibilities


  • Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance coordination
  • Coordinate all warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, staging, shipping, and organization.
  • Oversee and conduct inventory cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and material tracking.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance (OSHA standards).
  • Coordinate material flow with operations, purchasing, and field teams.
  • Ensure compliance with vendor documentation requirements, including tracking and maintaining current Certificates of Insurance (COIs) as required.
  • Communicate effectively with bilingual team members and executive team.
  • Identify operational efficiencies and process improvements.
Qualifications


  • 1+ years of warehouse supervisory experience.
  • Proven experience managing inventory, cycle counts, and warehouse operations.
  • Bilingual required (English/Spanish preferred).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using inventory systems, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
