This role offers a contract-to-hire opportunity for experienced warehouse associates to join a fast-growing logistics operation in Boise. You will perform a wide range of warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, material handling, and operating various types of lift equipment, while working with a warehouse management system to track and document inventory and orders. Work EnvironmentYou will work in a brand-new, state-of-the-art warehouse located on a large, modern campus. The facility is massive, clean, and highly organized, featuring automated picking equipment controlled by computer stations in the center of the warehouse. The east side of the facility is dedicated to racking, while the south side houses loading and unloading docks, and the north side supports various lift operations, including reach trucks, cherry pickers, sit-down forklifts, and pallet jacks. Current hours run Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. through October. The upcoming long-term schedule follows a compressed shift pattern: Front Half AM (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) and Back Half AM (every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.), with one week of three workdays and the next week of four workdays, reducing commute frequency while maintaining full-time hours.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.71 - $21.71/hr.
