We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team and support daily warehouse operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a combination of warehouse, inventory, and administrative responsibilities and is looking for a temp-to-hire position with potential for permanent placement.
What’s In It For You?
$21–$25/hour, based on experience
Monday–Friday schedule — no weekends
Flexible start time: 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM

What You’ll Do
Receive, store, organize, and issue parts and materials
Transfer materials to manufacturing lines and other departments
Perform inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
Monitor inventory reports and investigate discrepancies
Transport parts and materials between facilities using company vehicles
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
Communicate with production, purchasing, and other internal departments
Provide material-handling support as needed
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Ability to read and understand written English
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to safely perform material-handling duties
Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred
