WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE/Box Truck Driver

Micro Center is seeking a dependable, safety-minded Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to support store and warehouse operations. This role combines local box-truck deliveries with warehouse responsibilities, including receiving, loading, inventory handling, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a box truck for local deliveries, transfers, and pickups.
• Maintain a valid Class B CDL and comply with all DOT, company, and safety requirements.
• Load, secure, unload, and verify merchandise for deliveries and transfers.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Receive, stage, move, and organize merchandise throughout the warehouse or store.
• Accurately count inventory and verify quantities against paperwork.
• Perform quality-control checks to confirm merchandise is correct, complete, and free of damage.
• Report delivery, inventory, equipment, or product discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Provide professional, customer-focused service during deliveries and interactions with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL with an acceptable driving record.
• Basic maintenance and knowledge surrounding box trucks
• Experience driving a box truck in a delivery, warehouse, or distribution environment.
• Forklift experience required; forklift certification preferred.
• Strong counting, inventory accuracy, and quality-control skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle merchandise safely, including heavier items.
• Reliable attendance, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-service mindset and professional communication skills.
