Description

As a Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for loading and unloading of trucks and assisting customers with pickups of cabinets, flooring, and countertop products.

This position is primarily responsible for performing warehouse duties at a retail store location.

Requirements

General Responsibilities
  • Load and unload trailers and route trucks, lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
  • Pick orders, manage inventory, and assist with customer pickups.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
  • Follow all company policies, safety rules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and exterior facility.
  • Work with team members and management to resolve issues and improve efficiency.

Skills and Requirements
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
  • Ability to follow procedures and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Forklift or warehouse equipment experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.

Physical Demands
  • Regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and use of hands and arms.
  • Vision abilities include close, distance, and peripheral vision.

Work Environment
  • Warehouse setting with occasional exposure to heat, humidity, and moving mechanical equipment.
