Warehouse Associate
LOCATION
Brooks, Kentucky | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay: $19.00/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM–10:30 PM (10–12 hour shifts; end time based on workload)
• Employment Type: W-2, Temporary (3–4 month assignment)
• Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+years of experience in a warehouse setting
• Ability to lift 40–75 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and frequently reach, bend, push, and pull throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (approximately 24°F) with company-provided PPE and rotate in and out of cooler areas.
• Ability to read and understand English, perform basic math, operate RF scanners and basic computer systems, and work effectively in a team environment.
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS/PkMS), rolling carts, palletizing equipment, Klever cutters, and tape guns.
• Refrigerated warehouse environment with required PPE.
• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and manual material handling.
• Overtime and participation in physical inventory may be required.
