Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the warehouse by efficiently handling, sorting, and transporting donated goods and materials. This role involves operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move products safely and efficiently throughout the facility. Associates assist with unloading incoming shipments, organizing inventory, preparing outbound loads, and ensuring all materials are placed correctly. Working under warehouse leadership, this individual plays a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency, upholding safety standards, and contributing to team productivity goals. The work environment consists of a fast-paced warehouse setting with continuous workflow and multiple daily deliveries. Frequent use of forklifts and material-handling equipment is required. Employees will encounter moderate to high noise levels from machinery and operations and exposure to varying temperatures depending on weather and warehouse conditions. The work is physically demanding, including lifting, bending, standing, and moving materials. The team-based environment promotes shared goals and collaborative workflows. A safety-first culture is emphasized with the required use of PPE and strict adherence to protocols. Regular interaction with warehouse staff, leadership, and occasionally donors is part of the role.

This is a Permanent position based out of Buffalo, NY.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
