Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Hickory, NC
Pay Rate: $16 1st shift
Assemble with basic tools
Inspect, repair, or refurbish goods or warehouse tools
Operate power tools, hand tools, and basic machinery (safely and confidently)
Work closely with the warehouse and production teams to meet daily build targets
Mechanical aptitude — you can follow a diagram, handle a wrench, and fix what’s broken
Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work in a warehouse environment. Willing to accept feedback.
