Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of a general merchandise warehouse. This position is responsible for executing a variety of warehouse functions, including order picking, packing, loading, unloading, and maintaining quality control standards. The associate ensures that all shipping and receiving processes are completed accurately, safely, and in a timely manner.

In this role, the Warehouse Associate is expected to meet established performance and quality metrics designed to promote operational excellence and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Strong attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload shipments in a timely manner
• Manage shipping and receiving tasks to ensure inventory accuracy
• Perform quality control checks to maintain high standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet warehouse productivity goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in warehouse
• Familiarity with order fulfillment processes
