Position Overview:
As a Packer, your primary responsibility will be to expertly pack various sizes and types of cheese into corrugated boxes. This role requires standing for extended periods and handling repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs. We offer multiple shifts to accommodate your schedule, including day, evening, and overnight options.
Key Responsibilities:
· Pack cheese products efficiently and accurately, adhering to quality standards
· Follow safety and sanitation procedures diligently
· Maintain a clean and organized workstation
· Support sanitation duties during the third shift
· Assist in meeting production goals during peak periods, which may require mandatory overtime including weekends
Qualifications & Skills:
· High School Diploma or GED required
· Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs. consistently
· Strong attention to detail and quality inspection skills
· Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and work in a fast-paced environment
· Dependability, punctuality, and excellent communication skills
· Flexibility to work mandatory overtime and weekends as needed
· Basic understanding of safety protocols and sanitation procedures
Work Schedule & Compensation:
· Monday-Friday, with multiple shifts available:
o 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Packing)
o 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Packing)
o 3rd Shift: 9:15 PM – 5:45 AM (Sanitation)
· Overtime may be required, especially during busy periods, including weekends

Pay Details: $22.56 per hour
