If this sounds like a culture you would like to be part of, then DXL is Fit for You!\n \nAs a General Warehouse Associate in our 500,00 square foot Distribution Center, you will be cross trained to assist general distribution center functions from our warehouse, where we ship orders directly to our customers and inventory to our stores.\n \nUsing your experience working in a distribution center environment, you will play a key role in supporting DXL's mission by:\n\n Assisting the distribution area and all activities to include sweeping, induction, line loading and shipping\n Identifying all merchandise for picking, ticketing, tagging, and receiving\n Performing picking duties in an efficient manner that will meet department productivity standards \n Meeting department standards for quality and unit per hour expectations\n Pulling and preparing product for shipping, ensuring that the exact number and proper product is ready for shipping\n \nWe're looking for someone:\n\n With experience in working in a distribution center\n Who is Bilingual in English and Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole (preferred, not required)\n That has basic computer knowledge is helpful\n \nThe hiring range for this position is $18.30-$20.00. While the compensation within the posted range will vary based on experience, skill set, and internal equity, it is uncommon for new hires to be placed at the top of the range. \n \nDXL is committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
