Warehouse Associate

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join their client's team in California. The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This position is essential in ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and meeting customer and operational deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks using warehouse equipment when authorized.
• Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting activities.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and transactions.
• Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Work Hours

The work hours for this position are typically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Flexibility to work additional hours as needed is preferred to meet operational demands.
