Job Details:
- Pay: $20.90-26.56/hr (based on experience) to Start!!
- 6-month assignment, possibility for conversion/extension based on performance and budget.
- Wednesday-Saturday: 7:00am-7:00pm; (alternative 9:00am-9:00pm offered) (Onsite). Mandatory overtime may be necessary.
- Position will be mainly responsible for keeping GMP records of all materials and products received, stocked and shipped at the San Diego RLT warehouse facility,
- Position is also responsible for providing the correct finished goods to couriers inclusive of appropriate labeling within scheduled time frames, and in accordance with local site procedures and policies.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely data entry for GXP documents and ERP transactions.
- Coordination of shipping, receiving, storage, and processing of goods including but not limited to performing periodic inventory counts and reconciliation of discrepancies and staging of material for production purposes.
- Load and unload trucks using industrial equipment and transfer of material to proper storage areas.
- Inspect and verify material, labels and documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Actively participate and support all site and team projects and initiatives, including cross functional team projects to create Standard Operating Procedures, Scopes of Work, Training and other tasks.
- Ability to operate all applicable radiation detection equipment.
- Act in accordance with Client values and behaviors.
- Complete applicable required job specific training, cGMP, HS&E, Dangerous Goods, etc.
- High School Diploma/GED is Required!
- Associate’s or undergraduate degree in business or science related field is Preferred!
- 1+ experience in Distribution, Warehousing, Manufacturing in a regulated industry is Required!
- Hazardous shipping training is Preferred!
- Proficiency of computer skills and MS Office is Preferred!
- Knowledge of procurement/inventory management systems and procedures is Preferred!
- Ability to perform duties with the highest regard for safety, quality, and site protocols/policies/procedures is Required!
