Job Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and prepare customer orders using order tickets and warehouse systems
- Operate stand-up warehouse equipment including order pickers, cherry pickers, and reach trucks
- Utilize RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Stage and prepare products for shipment
- Maintain productivity and quality standards throughout the shift
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
- Work overtime when business needs require

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
3+ years of warehouse order picking experience
Experience operating stand-up warehouse equipment (order pickers, cherry pickers, reach trucks, etc.)
Ability to regularly lift 50-70 lbs.
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout a 10-12 hour shift
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety
Preferred Qualifications
Experience operating Raymond order pickers
Experience using RF scanners
Distribution center or high-volume warehouse experience
