Warehouse Associate

Chase Staffing is currently seeking dependable Warehouse Associates / Forklift Operators for a facility in the Cartersville, GA area. This role involves performing a variety of warehouse functions including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, shipping, and operating a forklift in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

SCHEDULE & PAY

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

GENERAL PURPOSE

To perform general warehouse duties including receiving and processing incoming materials, picking and packing orders, shipping, inventory control, forklift operation, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Unload incoming deliveries and verify product against bills of lading
• Sort and place materials into racks, shelves, or bins
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using pick lists and shipping documents
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and dock area
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Frequent use of hands, arms, and fingers to handle materials and equipment
• Regular lifting/moving of 10–50 lbs; occasionally up to 100+ lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Occasional climbing or balancing
• Requires close, distance, and peripheral vision with ability to focus
• Must have strong mental focus and manual dexterity to perform job duties

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift experience or certification preferred/required
• Strong communication, math, and organizational skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly
