We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to support order picking, inventory handling, and general warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role requiring experience with order pickers and working at heights in a fast-paced environment.
This position offers an opportunity for temp-to-perm conversion for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
Pick, pull, and prepare orders accurately for shipment
Operate an order picker and work at heights up to 30 feet
Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials
Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Support general warehouse operations as needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of recent warehouse experience
At least 6 months of order picker experience (required)
Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS)
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as needed
Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
