Overview
We are seeking a safety focused Warehouse Associate / Order Picker to support daily warehouse operations, including picking and putting away inventory. This role requires working at heights, manual lifting, and maintaining a strong attention to safety and accuracy. For the right candidate, this position may offer a temp to perm opportunity.
Responsibilities
Pull and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
Put away inventory in designated warehouse locations
Operate an order picker while working at heights up to 30 feet
Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials
Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse environment
Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures
Job duties may align with roles such as Floater, Pipe Yard Inside/Outside Associate, Receiving Associate, Receiving Clerk, or Returns Associate
Required Qualifications
At least 6 months of recent warehouse experience
Minimum 6 months of order picker experience (required)
Experience with RF scanners or WMS systems
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs at times
Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet
Strong commitment to safety and reliability
Reliable transportation with no attendance issues
Preferred Qualifications
Background in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management
Product knowledge or the ability to learn products quickly
