We are seeking an experienced and safety focused Warehouse Associate to support order picking, inventory movement, and shipping operations in a fast paced warehouse environment. This role requires working at heights and operating equipment such as order pickers and forklifts.
This is a 2nd shift position and must be your preferred shift. Strong performers may be considered for temp to perm conversion.
Responsibilities
Operate order picker (up to 30 ft) and sit down forklift
Pick and prepare orders accurately for shipment
Perform inventory put away and staging tasks
Load trucks manually or using pallet jacks
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work zone
Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines
Job duties may align with roles such as Receiving, Returns, or general warehouse support
Required Qualifications
3 5 years of recent warehouse experience, including order picking
Proven experience operating order pickers (required)
Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet
Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (team lift available for heavier items)
Reliable work history with no gaps longer than 3 months
Ability to read and follow work instructions
Preferred Qualifications
Sit down forklift experience
Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory environments
Ability to work in a fast paced, physically active setting
