Warehouse Associate

Start your new career as a Warehouse Associate with MAU in Charlotte, NC. As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse operations by receiving and shipping products, loading and unloading trucks, pulling and stocking parts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping the warehouse safe and organized.

What We Offer:

• Pay of $20-$22 per hour
• Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
• Assignment expected to last at least 6 months, with the potential to transition to a direct-hire position for the right candidate

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, distribution, or related experience preferred
• Basic computer skills; experience with inventory management systems is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Commitment to safe work practices and proper product handling
• Ability to work overtime when required based on business needs

What You'll Do as a Warehouse Associate:

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Receive, organize, and stock parts, trim, accessories, and other products
• Pull parts for service orders and stage materials for the following day's work
• Prepare and process inbound and outbound shipments
• Perform regular cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory
• Process restock items and maintain proper inventory organization
• Use Salesforce and other computer systems to complete inventory and warehouse-related tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work environment
• Follow established safety policies, warehouse procedures, and company guidelines
• Assist with general facility maintenance and housekeeping as needed
• Work effectively as part of a team and communicate with supervisors and coworkers
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned
