Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role plays a critical part in ensuring inventory accuracy, order fulfillment efficiency, and a safe, organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards • Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently • Organize, stock, and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified) • Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as required • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards • Report damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience a plus Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Basic math and organizational skills Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Work Environment
Warehouse setting with varying temperatures Schedule may include evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed
