Job Requirements:

• No experience required/entry level, but willing to learn in warehouse industry,

• Mandarin required for work purpose.
• \n
• Proficient in operating warehouse equipment and system.
• \n
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Strong sense of responsibility with supervisory duties, capable of coordinating daily team operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate daily warehouse operations and assign work priorities.
• \n
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to Warehouse Associates throughout each shift.
• \n
• Monitor order fulfillment to ensure shipping deadlines are consistently met.
• \n
• Maintain high standards for inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.
• \n
• Conduct inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
• \n
• Assist with receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping as operational needs require.
