Title: Warehouse Associate
Pay: $20.00–$21.00/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday; 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Overview
We are seeking Warehouse Associates to support distribution operations in Clinton, PA. This position is responsible for the receiving, storing, moving, picking, and shipping of finished goods while maintaining accurate inventory records and following established safety, quality, and warehouse procedures.
This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy with inventory transactions, and experience safely operating warehouse material-handling equipment.
Required Skills
Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience
Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, powered pallet trucks, and hand trucks
Ability to accurately receive, pick, move, and ship finished goods
Basic computer skills for inventory transactions and documentation
Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Ability to verify product numbers, lot numbers, expiration dates, quantities, and shipping documentation
Job Description
Receive, store, move, pick, and ship finished goods according to established procedures.
Safely handle both hazardous and non-hazardous finished goods.
Verify incoming and outgoing products for condition, item number, description, lot number, expiration date, and quantity.
Perform inventory transactions including receiving, transfers, order releases, and shipment confirmations.
Ensure products are stored in their designated warehouse locations for proper identification and traceability.
Operate forklifts, reach trucks, powered pallet trucks, hand trucks, trolleys, and other material-handling equipment.
Support finished-goods movement throughout the distribution center and to external vendors or freight forwarders.
Perform scheduled cycle counts and assist with inventory variance reconciliation and root-cause identification.
Identify and segregate non-conforming products into designated quarantine locations.
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
Follow 5S housekeeping standards and maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
Report damaged or malfunctioning tools and equipment to leadership.
Help maximize warehouse space while protecting products from damage.
Follow all applicable safety, quality, regulatory, and company procedures.
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Preferred Skills
Experience using Oracle or another warehouse/inventory management system
Previous cycle-counting and inventory reconciliation experience
Experience working with finished goods in a regulated distribution environment
Familiarity with 5S warehouse practices
Experience handling lot-controlled or expiration-dated inventory
