We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Miramar, FL. As a family-owned business, we value dedication, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate stand-up forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Perform order picking, packing, loading, and unloading of trucks.
- Work efficiently within a cold-storage warehouse environment (-10°ree;F).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and adhere to safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Prior experience working in cold-storage environments required (experience with companies like Lineage Logistics is a strong plus).
- Previous forklift certification required (must show certification card; re-certification provided on-site per OSHA guidelines).
- Proven track record of steady employment; no job hopping.
- Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Availability to work weekends as needed, including mandatory Sundays (not every Sunday).
- In-person interview required.
