Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations support team, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Cudahy, WI

Pay Range: $18

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Pick and pack products accurately based on order specifications
• Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs safely and efficiently
• Use ladders to retrieve products from shelving units, working comfortably at heights
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies to ensure a secure workplace

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation to stay productive throughout the shift
• Dependability and punctuality
• Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required
