Warehouse Associate

Accent Building Materials is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a small, tight-knit team where everyone plays an important role.
Responsibilities:

• Pull and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate forklifts safely to move, load, and unload materials
• Load outbound trucks and offload incoming containers
• Handle and organize long wire and threaded rod materials
• Repackage bulk nails (50 lb boxes) into smaller 1 lb and 5 lb packaging
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with inventory organization and general warehouse duties as needed

General Requirements:

• Prior forklift experience (required)
• Comfortable handling long and heavy materials
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Motivated self-starter willing to jump in where needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable handling long and heavy materials
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
