Our warehouse team plays an important part in making sure the right products get where they need to go, accurately and on time. We're hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our Farmers Branch team. You'll work alongside other associates across all warehouse functions — receiving, pulling orders, shipping, inventory, and more. What You'll Actually Do - Load and unload shipments from a variety of trucks, including Conestogas, dry vans, and flatbeds; heavy lifting and team lifting are part of the job
- Receive inbound purchase orders and shipments and accurately enter them into our Warehouse Management System
- Pull and process orders using RF scanners, including orders for our Aisle Cop group and items shipping directly to customers
- Perform weekly cycle counts to help maintain accurate inventory
- Process and ship small packages using UPS and FedEx
- Provide our sales team with pictures, confirmations, tracking information, and other shipment details
- Help keep the warehouse organized, accurate, and running smoothly
- Work with the team to solve problems when something doesn't go according to plan
What You Bring - Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but not required
- Experience using RF scanners is a plus
- Familiarity with processing and shipping small-package orders is helpful
- An understanding of inventory and cycle counting is preferred
- Reliability matters. We're looking for someone who takes attendance and punctuality seriously and brings a positive, professional attitude to work
- The ability and willingness to perform the physical requirements of the position, including heavy and team lifting
- Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, material handling, or a related industrial environment is preferred, but not required — we'll train you on our products and processes
- A willingness to learn, help where needed, and work as part of a team
