Warehouse Associate – Dallas, TX (Boeing Plant) | $17/hr | 1st Shift

Location: Dallas, TX – Boeing Plant
Pay Rate:$17/hour to start with a raise at 3-6 months
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (occasional Saturdays)

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail‐oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at the Boeing Plant in Dallas, TX. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for handling materials, processing orders, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast‐paced environment. This role requires accuracy, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently.

Please note: Because this Warehouse Associate position is located inside the Boeing Plant, compliance and badging requirements may take up to 2 weeks before your official start date. A valid driver’s license and birth certificate are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or dock loaders to move products and materials
• Read and interpret production schedules, customer orders, work orders, and shipping documents
• Pick, pack, and distribute items according to order specifications
• Record quantities of materials received and distributed
• Maintain equipment in clean and safe working condition; report service needs promptly
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Forklift certification may be required

Requirements

• Eligibility to badge at the Boeing Plant in Dallas, TX
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Dependable and safety‐focused
