What You'll Be Doing On A Daily Basis:

Enter and maintain shipment-related data with accuracy and attention to detail.Coordinate rush shipments by tracking orders through multiple systems and spreadsheets.Communicate with Customer Service, Production Control, and Distribution Center teams to ensure orders move smoothly.Provide shipment status updates through Outlook, Teams, and other communication tools.Support shipping and transportation activities while helping resolve order and delivery issues.Identify trends and opportunities to improve processes and reduce reshipments.Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data and multiple systems.Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Effective written and verbal communication skills.A collaborative mindset and willingness to work with teams across Customer Service, Production Control, and Distribution Operations.Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new processes and systems.Experience with shipping, transportation, logistics, or Oracle is a plus, but not required.

Education / Certifications Required:

High School Diploma preferred

Physical Requirements:

Daily activity includes but is not limited to lifting, carrying, sitting, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting.Reading, communication, math.Working at a computer for extended periods of time.Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50lbs.Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to above
