Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM-1:30 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial
• Basic computer skills required

Job Duties

• Prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management software to track inventory and orders
• Document shipping and warehouse information correctly
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment
• Support inventory control and warehouse operations as needed
• Assist with additional warehouse duties assigned by supervisors

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.

A Warehouse Associate helps maintain efficient warehouse operations by supporting inventory movement, customer orders, and shipping activities. This role requires physical stamina, organization, and a commitment to maintaining accurate warehouse processes.

The Warehouse Associate combines material handling, inventory management, and order fulfillment skills to support productive warehouse operations while maintaining workplace safety and quality standards.
