Warehouse Associate

We are hiring Warehouse Associate / Package Handler for our Dayton, OH facility.

Shift: Friday through Tuesday from 4:00 AM to 7:00 AM or End of Sort

"End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management. Days off provided by management

• Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes
• Load trucks for deliveries
• Be a team player - everyone works together to get the job done!

Skills you need :

• Ability to stay on your feet while working - this is a great job for someone looking to stay active!
• Ability to be dependable, flexible, and reliable
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Gloves and work boots are recommended

Referral Program Details:

Referral bonus reward of $500 year-round (offered for all positions company-wide)

• Payout: $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 45-day mark for the referred candidates tenure, and $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 90-day mark for the referred candidates tenure.

Date of referral bonus eligibility will be for referrals that start between the dates of 1/1/2025 and 12/31/2025
