Warehouse Associate

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Receiving Clerk is primarily responsible for receiving functions related to electrical goods. In addition, this position is responsible for putting away incoming material, cycle counting and support and any additional assignments as assigned by management. This position will work strongly with Planning and Management to ensure warehouse processes and procedures are efficient.

Essential functions and responsibilities:

• Receive items through LN process, review contents and perform count of items in shipment to reconcile against invoice or packing slip
• Ensure timely receipt of incoming material; document all discrepant material and work with Purchasing department to follow up with shippers
• Maintain orderly documentation of materials in storage
• Counting, sorting, and weighing all inbound goods and authenticating the receipt of the same in accord with the shipping note
• Inspecting the received goods, document any damages and discrepancies
• Perform cycle counts for inventory accuracy
• Organizes incoming material to be stored in warehouse stock
• Maintains and supports the 5S program in warehouse

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
